We are looking for local families (Twin Cities) that may be interested in becoming a guardian (Female and Male.). Guardians receive a specially chosen pup that has characteristics we want to breed for. Health, tempermant and coat! Guardians are the forever home for this special pup.  A guardian pups coles with a limited contract allowing breeding rights to Heartland Hills for a set time frame. When that time frame is completed,  the dog is desexed and contract is complete. This is a win-win situation for all!
